Gain the knowledge and experience necessary to migrate from Cisco Unified CallManager 4.x or Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) 5.x or 6.x to CUCM 7.0. In this course, you will examine the differences between the various versions of CUCM compared with new CUCM 7.0. You will cover new CUCM features, such as Global Transformations, E.164 support, and Local Route Groups, as well as various enhancements, such as those in Cisco Unified Mobility.
Our UCM70 lab environment offers a unique, real-world environment for learning how to deploy a Cisco Unified Communications (UC) environment. The coursework focuses on new Cisco UC features with an emphasis on dial plan enhancements, including E.164 addressing (sometimes called "+ dialing"), local route groups, and enhanced mobility features.
