The AVVID class was simply great. This is the second class I have taken from Damon. As I said in my last review, I would be surprised if there is another instructor in Michigan with the level of Cisco voice/data expertise that Damon has. He's the best! I hope to take the 3-day IPTT class that he is creating right now. He said it should be available within a couple months. Damon is very friendly and was very generous with his time (again).
We stayed until about 9pm every night (M-F) working on whatever voice technologies that I requested.
The course materials were very good too.
I can't think of any specialized training that I need right now, but I hope to take a couple more classes from Damon throughout the upcoming year.

The class was great and a very good refresher. I took CCDA and was certified about 8 years ago then it lapsed as I went to work for Nortel Networks. So this helped me to prepare for recertifying and I am writing the exam this Friday.
Larry was one of the best instructors I have seen. Very meticulous and answered all questions, an excellent job of presenting the material.
Course materials are top notch of course being Cisco I have no doubt.
Planning to do CCNA and CCDP next year.

"In regard to the training classes that were held there are few words to describe it - beneficial, practical and fun. I think the class had a bit of everything which was largely dependent on the size.
The classes had a varied skill set of people some just starting their CCNP to others that were more and less advanced. Everyone seemed to walk away with something out of it - which at the end of the day is the purpose of the training.
As for the trainer Larry Mobley, very good knowledge and rapport with the staff. He was able to field all questions answered. His friendly
nature allowed him to form a confident relationship with the staff, and coming into what maybe a different culture - he fit in very well - even learning a little Malay.
I am not sure of what technologies or certifications would be in the near future but after understanding more about Computer Data and also what Larry trains for, I took the assumption you are able to provide relatively customized training. This is a great feature so will keep you
in mind moving forward.

Greg Posey is an incredible and very intelligent instructor, and one of the best I remember having. He asked us questions that were well worded so not to have any question to what the answer could be. He took the Intro (821) and full (801) test to have a better understanding about what is on the test and to better teach us what we need to know. I was able to talk with him about the areas that I thought I was having trouble with and he helped me out a lot. We finished the classes when he said we would every day. He remained late and came in early to make sure that anyone that had questions could ask him. I definitely recommend him as an instructor to teach anyone that needs Cisco Training at any level he knows.
Computer Data, where the training was held, is a very nice training facility and we had access to all the training hardware we needed for all the labs. Hotels and eating places were close by to make it even nicer to not have to worry about running out of time getting some lunch. Taking the back roads verses highways always seemed a less congested option to and from the facility.

from "trial and error". It was good to get instructional reinforcement, and an explaination of some finer points.

Calvin Vette was a good instructor. He covered all the topics and answered all questions. Two of the students wanted to learn about Appendix B. He taught Appendix B and answered all question and gave solutions to real life situations that some of the students have.
